Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Bogota. The hotel was amazing and fairly clean with great and very kind staff from the doorman over the deskemployees. My standard double room was fantastic & light. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from a commercial and recreational park. I appreciated that the property was 22 minutes drive from the airport: )

Property was perfect, we liked this place.

Standard double room we stayed at was fine with comfy bed. Everywhere there was clean. Excellent service was provided. The staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful and the location was magnificent in very good area.

The room was spacious and super comfy, which made our three-night stay feel extra relaxing, especially after soaking in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic for unwinding. The lounges were really nice. One little downside was that the facilities could use a bit of an update, but overall, it was a great place to stay! 😊

We enjoyed our stay with three kids and loved the convenient location near the Bogota Country Club. The hospitality was excellent, especially from Katalina at the front desk, who provided great recommendations. Our Standard Triple Room was perfect for our family.

My children wanted an earlier breakfast to start exploring. Adding some family-friendly breakfast options and extending hours would be a big improvement for families with kids.

A Wonderful Family Stay with Extra Comfort!

We enjoyed our three-night family getaway! The triple room was spacious and perfect for our teenagers. The nightly techno music was a bit noisy, but we loved the breakfast offerings. For future guests, light sleepers should request a room away from the noise.

The location is excellent, close to everything needed, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Special recognition goes to the friendly reception staff, especially Luz Gomez and Elio Juarez, who were always willing to assist. The constant bar noise until early morning severely affected sleep quality, and the limited TV channel options were disappointing.
